B&H, Sarajevo: One Day Training on Corruption Risk Assessment for Judiciary Institutions

Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI), in cooperation with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight against Corruption is organizing a training for Coordinators and Deputy Coordinators of Integrity Plans within each judicial institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The one day training will take place in four cities of Bosnia and Herzegovina:  Tuzla, Banja Luka, Mostar and Sarajevo on 4-7 April 2017.

Today, the Training is taking place in Sarajevo as per following Agenda.

The main objective of the Training is that the representatives of the courts and prosecutors’ offices get better acquainted to the purpose and importance of the development and implementation of integrity plans in a comprehensive and participatory manner. The training also offers practical and methodological instructions about the process of devising the plans. In addition, it is essential that all judicial institutions timely approach the process of preparing the integrity plans to ensure successful implementation of the corruption prevention measures in line with the Guidelines for the development and implementation of plans of integrity in the judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which have been adopted by the high Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH.

The training has been organized within the Southeast Europe Regional Programme on Strengthening the Capacity of Anti-corruption Authorities and Civil Society to Combat Corruption and Contribute to the UNCAC Review Process implemented by Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative and funded by Austrian Development Agency.
