10th SPAI Steering Group Meeting - May 2006, Belgrade - Serbia
The main objectives of this meeting were to:

Discuss and identify solutions for ensuring the sustainability of the Initiative and its Secretariat in the future;

Prepare steps for the regional ownership responsibility of the SPAI-RSLO as a result of the outcomes from the Working Table III meeting regarding the process of transferring the ownership to regional actors;
-
Identify and agree on the member countries’ national resources and to advocate with their respective governments.
