Headlines:

  • the lack of good Governance in many countries which are rich in oil, gas and minerals, generates conflicts and encourage corruption
  • no Economic development, growth nor poverty reduction are possible without a fair natural resources' management
  • good Governance in Emerging countries is possible only if the Industrialized ones follow and implement the same policy
  • one must improve Governance in resource-rich countries thanks to the verification and full publication of company payments and government revenues especially from oil, gas and mining industry
  • a partnership governments - companies - investors - international organisations is the basic requirement
